The Denver Barbarians defeated old rivals the Denver Highlanders 51-8 in Division 1 play.

The Denver Barbarians had their way on Saturday with the Denver Highlanders in a 51-8 victory at Dick's Sporting Goods Park.  The Barbos rode to victory on Jody Kramer's hat trick and the golden boot of Maximo De Achaval, who notched two penalties and converted five tries during the match.  Aside from an early penalty kick, the Highlanders were held without a try until  the 76th minute.
